Our Virtual Visits series offer a virtual tour of our designs every week. From freshly finished buildings to those not yet complete, the visits are narrated by the architects involved and offer a unique insight into the brief, concept and design features.
This time we join Director Ed Hayden, Associate Rosa de Pablo, Architect Witek Mysliwiec, and Part II Architectural Assistant Amy Bourne for a tour around the extensive refurbishment of Aztec 1000 at Aztec West. Originally constructed in the 1980s, the refurbishment will reposition the building for modern day office requirements.
Our design will significantly improve the appearance of the building. An additional floor, and complete reworking of the external envelope, will give a dramatic contemporary exterior and provide modern office suites that meet current occupier requirements to include: IT upgrades, tenant facilities such as café, gym, break out area and additional amenity space.
Follow our Virtual Visit as we offer detailed insight into the project, including input on fit-out design from Amy Bourne and Witek Mysliwiec’s contribution on the technical aspects of the building.
