WORKTECH17 is a forum for some of the biggest and brightest names to debate, discuss, and divulge the last thinking on the Future of Work and the Workplace. Over 3000 people attend WORKTECH every year including senior professionals from real estate, facilities, HR, technology, executive management, architecture, design and professional advisors who come to listen to global thought leaders, further their knowledge and share best practice and expertise.

This year Scott Brownrigg interiors Director Steffan Wiliams will be speaking Day 2, 15 November at 14.45 to introduce Scott Brownrigg’s Design Strategy Unit and to discuss ‘A New Approach to Evidence-led Workplace Design.’

Design Strategy Unit analyses the functional and emotional demands of an organisation’s working environment. Using a new approach to engage with employees alongside data driven observational methods, Design Strategy Unit enables business leaders to make informed decisions to align their workplace with their business objectives. Steffan will share some of his ideas on how to deliver ever more successful projects by ensuring stakeholders are advocates of change.

Steffan is a Director at Scott Brownrigg Interior Design and leads the Practice’s Design Strategy Unit. With 20 years industry experience within the commercial interiors sector, Steffan is passionate about design that places people at its core and draws out human emotion. As well as being a skilled interior designer, he has worked extensively with Change Managers and Brand Strategists. This broad experience has crystallised his belief that design outcomes are significantly improved when client stakeholders are truly engaged. He recognises the importance of the customer journey and how significant it is in delivering successful designs after all, transformative projects rely on voluntary behavioural change.

Scott Brownrigg has now joined WORKTECH Academy as a Corporate Member. The Academy is part of Unwired Ventures who run the global WORKTECH Conferences including WORKTECH17 and looks to explore the future of work and workplace, aiming to provide insight, knowledge and best practice to member organisations across the globe who are involved in architecture, design, real estate, technology and people management.
