Jeremy Riback, LEED AP BD+C, is in the last stages of completing the licensure process. Jeremy started his career with SB+C Architecture, D.P.C. immediately after college and quickly progressed to a managerial position. In addition to his role as an Associate Project Manager, he is a class II NYC code and zoning representative and has a strong understanding of building code, zoning resolution, special affordable housing design and energy efficiency requirements. 

Jeremy’s achievements include the winning design for a two-phase, mixed use affordable housing, commercial and community facility development totaling 265,000 square feet, streamlining to a 41,285 square foot, new ground-up, affordable and quality housing project while successfully managing numerous clients and projects from the concept through completion.

Jeremy obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona. He is a part of several organization, such as UJA, YJP, and YREPNY and remains very active in the architectural and real estate community.
