Human Resources Director
As well as being HR Director, Kim sits on the practice’s Management Group and also leads on implementing its Corporate Responsibility Policy and initiatives. She has over 15 year’s extensive experience working at strategic and operational level within both private and public commercial industries. Central to the practice’s success is ensuring that it has the right people, in the right job, at the right time. Kim plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are adequately resourced by controlling a central register of people and skills within the business, regular liaison with local directors regarding the abilities and availability of staff, and then organising relevant training and recruitment programmes.
Kim is also aware that staff wellbeing is crucial to ensuring that the practice is an enjoyable place to work, this is reflected in its positive approach to flexible working and provision of a comprehensive benefits package.
